I went in the drive thru on Monday around 6:00 and despite it being very busy, I still got my food relatively fast. My food was hot & the sandwiches were not a mess. Also the girls in both drive thru windows were very friendly & especially nice to my child. Great experience compared to other drive thrus.

Dear Mrs.Turner, I have an inquiry as to whether you have had experience working in the food service industry that perhaps you’d be willing to share with us. If you have, what was it like? What were your responsibilities, and the corresponding consequences for not completing said tasks? There is no excuse for her rude attitude and poor customer service, I agree with you 100%. However, I urge you to ponder the cycle of unsatisfactory human interaction and how one might break that cycle. Don’t get me wrong, I have no skin in the game, and am not taking sides. However, I think it should be said, that while you may have been completely undeserving of her foul attitude, it is quite possible that there are greater forces at play here. I can say from personal experience that the first thing to whither in the heart of a food service employee is the ability to see the good in every human being. Usually this is after being treated like a vending machine for so long without the slightest attempt to acknowledge the dignity of the fast food workers humanity. To be fair, most of the time the cycle is too far along to really resolve by oneself. For example, you walk in as a customer, and you try to be nice and polite and smile as you order, yet you are met with the same awful service. The natural response would be to think, “well that was pointless, never bothering to exert that effort of kindness again”. Thus, the vicious cycle continues. Conversely, in another scenario the customer could walk in surly and bitter, only to be greated by the most genuine altruistic fast-food server, but to no avail. Those losses we all suffer, unless endured, will discourage us from ever breaking that cycle of rude and mindless interactions.
But…i’m rambling. if you read this entire thing, cheers and hope it was partially informative at best, and at the very least entertaining.

I am 75 years old and have eaten at a lot of fast food places, including Wendy’s, and I have never seen such a clean, organized and well run operation in all my years. I just had to thank the manager, Kevin, for his effort and accomplishment. Even his office was neat and clean and so organized ( I looked in).

I also overheard him speaking to his associates and he was so professional and courteous. The store reflects the manager and you have a great store and a great manager at location #00007861 located at 831 Yamato Road in Boca Raton, Florida.

    Thank you Kevin!

I just went to one of your restaurant and order an hamburger at $ 4.29 and did receive an invoice for the amount of $ 7.27 $ 3.00 more than the price advertise. I was very surprise. I am not sure if I will go back to Wendy’s anymore. Normally when you are over a certain age your drink is free and I am more than a certain age. Thank you for your cooperation

I went to wendy’s located at 1101 Walnut street, Philadelphia, Pa and ordered a meal.
The service was excellent and as I walked out, Shimir, who waited on, got my attention because
I failed to collect the eleven plus dollars in change from my meal purchase. I want everyone to know how much I appreciate Shimir honesty.
